SHIPPING POLICY
At Off The Farm Foods, Inc., we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we handle the shipment of your orders.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We partner with trusted carriers, including UPS Ground, FedEx and ONtrac to deliver your orders efficiently. If you would like to expedite your shipping, please choose 2nd Day Air. The shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and chosen shipping method during checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Off The Farm bars are made fresh daily in small batches. That commitment to freshness is what makes our product different from every other bar. This level of quality is at the heart of everything we do.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During especially busy periods, extreme seasonal heat, or known carrier delays, processing may take longer and shipping may be temporarily paused to help protect product quality.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. Standard transit time is typically 2-4 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that processing and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and high order volume may add extra time. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date it was placed. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date please choose expedited shipping and contact us right away at contact@offthefarm.com to let us know when you would like your order to arrive.

Off The Farm bars are never mass-produced or left sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. You will be receiving the freshest bars on the planet, and we promise they’re worth the wait.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Standard shipping times typically range from 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.
  • We cannot guarantee any delivery time for any order because neither UPS, FedEx nor USPS do not guarantee any delivery times.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

REROUTING & ADDRESS CHANGES
We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer the following options:

1. Rerouting Orders
  • If you need to change the delivery address after your order has shipped, we can reroute it for you depending on the transit status.
  • A $25 rerouting fee will apply, due to the cost charged by UPS for this service.
  • Please note that rerouting may delay the delivery of your order, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery times for rerouted shipments.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
  • We currently ship only within the United States.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@offthefarm.com with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
At Off The Farm Foods, we strive to ensure every order arrives safely and on time. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
  1. Check with household members or neighbors – Sometimes, packages are received by someone else at your address.
  2. Look around your delivery area – Carriers may leave packages in a secure location such as a front porch, side door, garage, or apartment mailroom.
  3. Contact the carrier – You can reach out to UPS or USPS directly with your tracking number for delivery details.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer support team within 45 days of the marked delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund orders reported after this timeframe.

WARM WEATHER DISCLAIMER:
Off The Farm bars are freshly made in sunny northern California. Off The Farm is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure either during shipping or after your bars arrive. If you order bars, especially with chocolate in them during high temperature seasons please use cold packing and or expedited shipping to help avoid the package smearing, loss of shelf life and other possible issues associated with heat damage.

COLD PACK SERVICE and EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Over the years, we have had excellent success with our top quality cold pack service. We only charge our cost to provide this service. Please choose this service to assist in preventing damage from heat during transit.
For even better results, please also choose an expedited shipping method. Cold Packing Service can protect your order from heat damage during temperatures greater than 80° Fahrenheit for approximately 2 to 3 days of transit time. Due to delays and extreme weather conditions, we do not guarantee that your bars will remain cool during transit even with Cold Packing Service. So if you are ordering bars (especially if they have chocolate) and there are high temperatures along your transit route, we highly recommend that you expedite your shipping to within 2 days of transit time. Your package may still be warm when it arrives and the bars may be soft and a bit melty. We recommend that you refrigerate your bars for a few hours as soon as you receive them to reset the chocolate and firm them up again. They are still super fresh!
