The kind of bars that you want to have within reach at all times, share with your besties and even brag about a little! But sometimes subjectivity happens. We don't all like the same things and sometimes we just get stuff we don't really like when we order online. If that's your situation, don't worry about a thing. Not a problem. Don't even feel bad. We get it. Fortunately Off The Farm bars come with a 100% Risk Free Delicious Guarantee!

We are so confident in the exceptional quality and high edibility of our bars that we will issue you a refund for your purchase if you are not happy with your bars. Yup! That's right. All you have to do is contact us and let us know your not happy with your purchase, or even a part of your purchase and we'll issue you a refund. No questions asked, but we always love to hear your feedback.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Disclaimer

Refunds are valid within 30 days of receiving your order. To prevent fraud, we are only allowing our 100% Guarantee on your first order. We may make exceptions depending on circumstances. 

Mis-Shipped Orders

If you receive your order and you are missing products or received the incorrect product, please reach out to our customer service team (Contact Us). Please take pictures showing the shipping label and what you received so that we can verify your support ticket.  

Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any associated shipping costs and any accessorial charges or items will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect Address

If you place an order and notice that you have used the incorrect address, there is a limited window of time after an order is placed for you to reach out to change your shipping address before the order is processed for shipping. If you reach out within this time frame, we may be able to correct your shipping address.

If you contact us outside this limited timeframe, and the order is already processing, we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address. At this point, we have no more control over the process and we will be unable to provide a refund or replacement for your order in the case that you have used an incorrect address as the shipping address.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@offthefarm.com. 

Returns

Off The Farm bars are finely crafted using exceptional quality ingredients such as Guittard Artisan Chocolate and other meticulously sourced densely nutritious foods. To maintain our very high standard of purity means that we do not use artificial preservatives or stabilizers to extend the shelf life or modify the wholesome quality of the bars. For this reason Off The Farm bars are more perishable (heat sensitive) during transit and we do not accept returns after the bars have been shipped even if they have not arrived and are still in transit. 

Please do not send your purchase back to Off The Farm. It will unfortunately not be able to be used and will be disposed of.
