At Off The Farm we make the best-tasting bars on the planet. But taste is personal, and sometimes a bar just isn't for you. That's what our Delicious Guarantee is for.

How it works

Within 14 days of delivery, email contact@offthefarm.com with your order number and tell us what didn't work for you: flavor, texture, sweetness, anything. We read every reply and use it to make improvements when possible.

We'll email you return instructions. We will need you to send back what's left of your order.

Once your return arrives, we'll refund up to the price you paid to your original payment method. See terms for more details.

Guarantee terms

Valid on your first order from offthefarm.com only. Wholesale, distributor and 3rd party marketplace orders are not eligible.

One guarantee per customer, household, shipping address and payment method. Original shipping charges and add-ons such as cold packing are non-refundable.

Requests made more than 14 days after delivery, or without a return of the remaining product, are not eligible.

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected misuse.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing products or you received the wrong product, contact us at contact@offthefarm.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the shipping label and what you received. These issues are handled separately from the Delicious Guarantee.

Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping and add-on charges will be deducted.

Incorrect Address

There's a short window after you place an order to correct your shipping address before it's processed. After that, we can't change the address, and we can't refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds usually post within 3–5 business days. If yours hasn't arrived, check with your bank or card company first, since posting can take time. If you still don't see it, email contact@offthefarm.com.

Returns

Our bars contain no artificial preservatives and are heat-sensitive, so we don't accept returns outside the Delicious Guarantee. Please don't send product back unless we've emailed you return instructions.
